Presscisely's Keto Scrambled Eggs & Bacon

2 Eggs
3 Bacon Slices
1 tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Avocado Oil or Butter
Instructions - Prepare bacon per package instructions. Scramble eggs, season to taste add shredded cheese and scramble in avocado oil or butter. (Pork Sausage can be used as an alternative) Enjoy!

3 Eggs
3  Bacon Slices
3 TBSP Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper & Green Onions to taste
2 tbsp Avocado Oil or Butter
Instructions - Prepare bacon, remove from pan and leave enough grease to fry egg. Pour egg mixture into pan, add cheese and bacon. Flip omelette. Cook package instructions. Scramble eggs, season to taste add shredded cheese and scramble in avocado oil or butter. Enjoy!

1 1/2 C Almond Flour

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp  Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 C Shredded Cheese (Cheddar)

1/4 C Heavy Cream

3 tbsp Butter

1 Egg

Instructions - Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients and butter, add egg and cream and fold in cheese. Knead until mixture is consistent. Using a large spoon, form dough into a ball and place on spayed cookie sheet or parchment paper. Cook 20 min or until done. Allow biscuits to cool, slice and add prepared sausage and fried egg. Enjoy!

Presscisely's Keto Salmon Croquette, Biscuit & Egg Breakfast

1 Can Pink Salmon

2 Eggs

1/4 C Almond Flour

1/8 C Chopped Green Onion

Salt, Pepper to taste

2 tbsp Avocado Oil


Instructions - Mix ingredients in a bowl until completely blended. Using a mixer may help to break up and blend the salmon. In a cast iron or non-stick skillet, coat with avocado oil or lard if you have it. Heat to medium level. Place 1/4 cup almond flour in a small bowl. Once the oil is heated, with a large spoon form a ball with the salmon mixture.  Roll the ball in the almond flour. Place the breadeded ball in the skillet. Using a spatula, flatten the ball to form a circle. Cook on medium heat until brown, flip and repeat for each side. Serve with almond flour biscuit and egg for breakfast. Enjoy!

1 5oz Can Tuna (in water)

2 tbsp Mayo or Miracle Whip

1 tbsp Relish (Sweet or Dill)

1 Egg (Boiled)

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder to taste

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

3 Celery Sticks

2 tbsp Sour Cream

Instructions - Mix tuna, mayo, relish, chopped egg and avocado oil lightly in small bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Using a serving spoon, scoop tuna salad into celery sticks and drizzle with sour cream. Enjoy!

4 Chicken Thighs

1/2 C Chopped Onion

1 tbsp Garlic

1/2 Diced Jalapeno

6 Lettuce Boats

1 Avocado

Salsa for garnish

Sour Cream for garnish

Avocado Oil

Instructions - Remove skin, wash and season chicken with (seasoning) salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder to taste. In low heat skillet add avocado oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Once heated add onions and diced jalapeno's. Simmer for 10 min, add seasoned chicken and garlic. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 min or until tender. Remove all ingredients from skillet and place on large cutting board. Using a butcher's knife chop chicken and ingredients until evenly chopped. Dice avocado, spoon mixture in lettuce boats, top with 1 tsp of salsa, avocado and sour cream. Enjoy!

(Makes 1 4x4 mini pizza, duplicate ingredients for more)

4 Bacon Slices

1/2 C Crushed Tomatoes

1 C Mozzarella Cheese

6 Pepperoni Slices


Onion Powder


Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions - Preheat oven on 350. Cut bacon slices in half. On parchment paper, weave bacon one over the other then under until completely woven. Bacon pieces should be close together. Bake bacon alone until almost crispy. The air-fryer can also be used. Remove bacon and allow to cool slightly. Spoon crushed tomatoes over the top of the bacon, sprinkle seasoning, then add cheese and top with pepperoni. Bake in the oven on 350 for another 5-10 min or until cheese has melted. Allow to cool for 5 min. Enjoy!

Presscisely's Keto Taquitos


​1 lb Ground Beef

1/2 C Finely Onions

1 Finely Chopped Jalapeno's

1 tbsp Garlic

1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

1 pkg Shredded Cheese

Sour Cream for garnish

Guacamole for garnish

Instructions - Preheat oven to 350. In skillet brown ground beef. Mix in onions, jalapeno's, garlic, cumin and chili powder. Add salt & pepper or choice seasoning to taste. Toss in avocado oil and 1/4 cup water and simmer for 10 min. On cookie sheet, cover with parchment paper, use serving spoon to scoop cheese in circle piles about 3" wide (6 at a time or however many your cookie sheet will hold). Bake in oven 5-7 min or until cheese is slightly brown around the edges. Remove from oven and cool for 3-5 min. Using a spatula lift cheese from parchment paper. Spoon ground beef mixture atop cheese. Taking one side of the cheese "tortilla", roll meat inside taquito. Repeat steps until all the meat mixture has been used. Top the taquito's  with sour cream and guacamole.  Enjoy!
